Even as Yarvins feet have gone freezing cold, not wishing to Sam Hyde democrats, you still misrepresent his commentary on Caesar, Caesars rule is apolitcal as he has effectively destroyed his opposition and only the pure right remains. Not because he's a dainty guy who obtains power by soft spoken readings of the American constitiuon on the floors of congress.

I was more describing Yarvin's ideal monarch—a tech CEO type—than how he gets there.

I don't think Yarvin would really agree with Elon Musks centrist take, attacking the far right, at least not if interpreted as any amount sincere. It's also silly that Trump wouldn't fit the role due to his very public struggle with the left. Inevitably Musk will face the same amount of backlash if he goes for political power.

01:05:00 is where your guest made what I consider a silly remark, that's all. It's not hugely important.

Why is it silly? Firs to fall at 1:05 I’m paraphrasing Musk, it’s not my own statement! Either way, Musk or someone like Blake Masters, can appeal to way broader of a swath of the American public than Trump. Which isn’t a knock on trump, I like him. And my comments already accounted for what you said about the left, that Musk acknowledges that the far left and far right would oppose him. And what was this about reading the constitution on the floor of the senate?

A Red Caesar implies that he actually rules, rather than being a figurehead. I do not belief that there exists such a thing as leftist ideology independently from state proproganda, when Yarvin talks of an apolitical Caesar he talks of a state where this state propaganda is no longer present. The right is simply the negation of the left. When Elon or anyone he supports attempts to upend the leftist state, they will be treated by the press in same manner as Trump was, regardless of whether they self identify as right wing. The normie lefties, will like Elon exactly as much as they enjoy Trump.
