The peek behind the political curtain... I've been after such insights since Ulick Varange (Imperium) defined democracy as "the unhampered looting by finance capitalists" and E.M. Cioran (The Temptation to Exist) said "Are we but ham actors of wisdom and madness?" In the Trump era, I've noticed that "the go-to coping mechanism for the Republican base is violence." And... "The southern evangelical churches are front organizations for the Ku Klux Klan."

I love hearing about the violence that the right doesn't commit, but is SURELY thinking about committing, and why "Our Democracy" needs to commit violence against them before they commit it against us! Because they're thinking about it! They haven't done it yet, but they're gonna! Which is why we need to kill them all and arrest their party officials. To preserve "Our Democracy".

I gotta be real, buddy. I liked the Nazi and Soviet flavor of autocracy better. They weren't fat and ugly like ours are. Dressed better, too.

You did. The inanities you spew are physically painful for anyone with a three-digit IQ. I would rather smash my thumb with a tacking hammer than consider any more of your points of view.

This and Gonzo journalism on Montana and Helium cities are the reason why I subscribed. Bravo and size the means of meme production!

this reads like a longer version of that very short interview with some marketing suit in a mall near the end of the last episode of the monumental Century of the Self (though I'm no fanboy of the director).

Here's an approximation from memory of what this guy said:

"We've identified 4 types of people: mainstreamers, who look for belonging; aspirers - they look for the esteem of others; succeeders, who want control; and reformers - they look for self-esteem."

The gotta be an all-inclusive category - spergs. This is a very spergy post.

Cernovitch, I have no idea. Every time I try to follow him, I unfollow in a couple of posts. Many times like that.

Same with BAP. He has brilliant flashes but a sea of meaningless words.
