"XI" of china came to an San-Fran meetup that the city was cleaned up in 24 hours and pressure-washed, then bam right back
IMHO its quite simple 'china-town in san fran wants to drop real estate prices to 'very bottom' same in PDX but there its the Jews and the not Chinese who own city-hall;
Normally this is on 30-40 year cycle pdx, seattle and san-fran, go back on watch movie 'last waltz' the 'band' and see that all streets had auto's with missing tires and people living in the cars, that was late 1970's and now its back 40 years, same with PDX it was a sewer downtown in late 1970's; Same in Seattle you didn't go walk in 'old town' at night in late 1970's today its back and even Pike Street Market is shutdown, just like 40 years ago;
Around the wheel we go, shake out the real-estate from 'weak hands', buy low sell high just like SOROS has done all over USA, but that is a new game; This old game of SEA, PDX & SAN-FRAN getting sodomized by the 'elite owners' is +100 years old and cyclic
