Google Gemini launched week with all the discretion of a loud wet fart.
Much to the chagrin of the AI safety community, Google’s “diverse, equitable, and inclusive” product resulted in a series of side-splitting misfires. It all began when Gemini refused to generate images of white people. Greek philosophers? Black. George Washington? Black. Nazis? A diverse and inclusive groups of Africans and Asians. And on and on.
If you wanted it to generate images of white people you needed to enter a negative black stereotype. Prompt: People eating watermelon: White. People eating fried chicken: White. But if you wanted it to generate an image of a black person eating watermelon? Greek philosophers eating watermelon: Black.
It’s a prime example of “woke racism,” demonstrating that America is a systemically racist country—or in Covfefe Anon’s famous formulation: “the woke are more correct than the mainstream.”
Only America is systemically racist against white men. While it is technically true that you cannot fire or fail to promote people for being white or a man, the midwit middle managers and HR ladies of corporate America seem to have forgotten this fact. One whistle blower already came forward amid the bonfire of Google’s public reputation. More will certainly follow.
Now, Ibram X. Kendi’s acolytes will squeal: “You can’t be racist against white people! RACISM=PREJUDICE+POWER!” But what else besides racist can we call a trillion dollar monopoly that fires people because of their ancestry? It’s just as Elon Musk’s meme implies and Ibram X. Kendi’s tautologies assert: “The only remedy to past discrimination is present discrimination.”
If you’ll permit yourself to exit the propaganda zone, it’s clear: anti-racism is just woke racism. They just hate white people. To take it a step further, let’s consider what we’ve been told about why racism is wrong beyond Christian and communist appeals to equality. Racism prevents companies from recruiting from the widest talent pool. Mark Cuban told us all about it a few weeks ago. And what is woke racism if not a supreme example? In the past weeks, we’ve seen how Microsoft discriminates against white people, Disney discriminates against white people, and now that Google discriminates against white people—all the while preaching tolerance for pedophiles. The news account End Wokeness set up and knocked down a similar series of pins just this week.
And what were we told was the downside of engaging in racism? Oh, right, that cutting off key talent from businesses because of their skin color would make those businesses less competitive. If this huge public embarrassment doesn’t convince you that Google isn’t sending their best—perhaps you haven’t used Google’s equity-curated search engine recently.
But, you say, a white guy was in charge of the product! As we’ve been told over and over again, (woke) racism is a state ideology. There are incentives to collaborate with the regime. How many times does your employer have to demand you become a “race traitor” before you fall in line. You might be a woke racist and not even know it.
After all, the mainstream media endlessly misrepresents the race of criminals. The euphemism tread mill has recently gone into overdrive: youths, scholars, teens. You might have heard a nursing student, Laken Riley, was murdered in Georgia. But the media, knowing most people only read headlines, refers to him as an “Athens man”—ensuring many won’t know the murderer was an illegal immigrant from Venezuela, released not only by the CBP because of over-crowding, but also by woke-racist-Soros-funded New York DA Alvin Bragg only five months before, without bail, on charges of child endangerment (now sealed).
Don’t bother using Google to track down any of that information though. They’re suppressing it, doing exactly what you would expect a company in thrall to woke racist ideology to do. Executives there must be in an absolute panic. Google has a natural monopoly over search, sure. But the continued existence of that monopoly rests entirely with the consent of the American people and the U.S. government.
The federal government slapped Alex Jones with a trillion dollar judgment he will never be able to pay. There’s no reason a second Trump administration couldn’t nuke Google from outer space with an antitrust case and a ten trillion dollar civil rights class action. Salt the earth. Carthago delenda est.
Can't make this stuff up.
I agree. So, which search engine should we be using?
